Blocked on additional email

My Husband stopped receiving emails a few days ago he has tried re-logging and using what he believes to be the correct password but it says it's invalid. He's tried to reset but the only option is to send an email link which obviously he can't receive or enter mineable information which he has done and it's still saying invalid. The sky account is linked to my email address, not his.

The reset password link should be sent to his alternative email address, not his Sky email.

Can he log in here: https://www.sky.com/mydetails/sky-id?

If so, he should be able to add a new alternative  address, and also setup new memorable data.
