BLOCKING UNWANTED EMAILS
I HAVE GONE INTO SETTINGS, THEN MORE SETTINGS. PRIVACY. THE BLUE BOX WHICH SAYS ADD WITHIN IT, ISN'T ACTIVE.
I AM SICK OF GETTING SOME SPAM EMAILS, THE SAME ONE SIX TIMES OVER, I WANT TO BLOCK THE SENDERS OF THESE EMAILS. I AM GETTING NOWHERE WITH THE SKY ADVISERS AND THEY DION'T KNOW WHY IT ISN'T WORKING. I HAVE BEEN ON TO OVER THE PHONE. I HAVE GONE INTO YAHOO, FOLLOWED THE SAME PROCEDURE, AND THE ADD BUTTON STILL DOESN'T WORK.
IS THERE A SOLUTION AS TO WHY THIS PROCEDURE ISN'T WORKING FOR ME PLEASE.

Re: BLOCKING UNWANTED EMAILS
Sky is my email provider. I go into Settings, then More settings, Security and Privacy. I get told by Sky advisers to click on the ADD button (a blue squre with ADD in blue letters). The blue squre with ADD inside it, DOES NOT WORK/

Re: BLOCKING UNWANTED EMAILS
The best way to deal with these is to mark them as spam, the setting is at the top of the email itself or when looking at the emails in your inbox, select it and you will see this option.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: BLOCKING UNWANTED EMAILS
@JeanB there' s limit to the number of blockings you can place. Have you blocked lots of addresses in the past?

Re: BLOCKING UNWANTED EMAILS
You can't block the senders of spam emails because they use different email addresses all the time. (if you look at the actual email address and not just the sender name you will find that is true)
Take a look at this article, It might explain it more: I'm Drowning in Spam. What Can I Do? - Ask Leo!
