Auto suggest stopped working

My auto suggest has stopped working when usig my laptop, althogh it still works on my phone though.

Really frustrating and time consuming - any ideas out there please?

I suspect you mean the spell checker is not working.

If you are using a browser to access your email, spell checking is a function of the browser.

So, what browser are you using , or are you using an app?

When writing an email, it will automatically remember an email address or give you options as to who you are trying to send to, so you don't have to type out the full address yourself.

That could be an issue with the web browser itself rather than an issue with Sky email so does the same happen if you sue a different web browser on your laptop.
