Hi
When I set up my sky email, many years ago, I created an additional email for my wife. So we have 2 email addresses that are linked to the same account. I understand that sky/yahoo won't let you create additional email addresses now.
We have been using the email addresses independently of each other but I now have a new laptop and cannot add my wife’s email address to it. It keeps saying that we cannot create a new email address but we are not trying to do that – just accessing the one we already have. See screenshots below.
Can someone help?

If so try clearing your cache and cookies, close down the browser before trying again.

Thanks for that. I now have the secondary email account in the outlook client , as well as my primary one.
However, the secondary account does not have the folders that have been set up. They are visible on the web view but not on the outlook client.
I cannot see any setting for doing this but I may have missed something - any ideas?

Sounds like you may have set it up as a POP account instead of IMAP.

It has now synced but it took a while to do it on the secondary account.
