If you mean something different, please explain more.

In the first instance, it's my Windows Laptop but I have gmail on my iPad and iPhone. I get to a s reen which asks for username and password, pop 3 and port then a selection of adding a label to my email etc, it keeps failing so I'm not sure if the pop server name and port No are correct

Apologies, I don't get the option to add 'other' unless I'm in completely the wrong location

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

There isn't a Gmail app for Windows, so what are you using on your laptop?
Are you saying you can't get it on any device?

The IMAP server is imap.tools.sky.com, not pop, and it's port is 993.
