Accessing Old Emails

Hi there, 

I am trying to access some old emails - until recently I have been able to access all of my old emails and not I cannot access anything prior to 2018.  I am looking for some emails dates from 2014 - any idea how I might get them back.  I have not deleted them and there were definitely there until recently.

If they are restored then it would be advisable not to store all your emails in your inbox if this is where they were located, but instead set up separate folders to keep them in.
