Sky Yahoo Mail doesn't support two factor authentication. I believe Yahoo Mail does.

Two step verification isn't possible with Sky email but is with other accounts like Gmail and Yahoo.

Re: 2 step verification not working

Does anyone know if this is still a known problem as I can't get Sky email to work through outlook either? Had anyone found a work around?  I spent ages trying to get 2 factor authentication working! Very frustrating.

2 factor authentication is nothing to do with Outlook as it can be used for logging into your online Sky email account at Sky.com.

What issue are you having with Outlook ?

Now that it ia available on Sky, it's very easy to turn it on. Not always so easy to turn it off again, and totaly impossible to do if you lose the recovery code.

But as @caesarome says, just what problems are you having?

Re: 2 step verification not working

I am problems receiving the code for the 2 step verification to my mobile. Has anybody got around this as I still can't access my emails without it?

Did you keep a separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended? If so, you can use it to turn off 2 step verification.
