I recently heard from a pension I pay into that a cyber attack had occurred and one tip was to set up 2 step verification on email accounts.
I have tried today but every time I click on thelink nothing happens.
Is there an issue or something else I need to do?
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky Yahoo Mail doesn't support 2 factor authentication. Be sure to have a strong password, for example, at least 8 characters, a mix of letters, number and special characters and not a word you might find in a dictionary.

Even though Yahoo label some of them as Sky|Yahoo, they are just re-branded Yahoo pages.
