I thought it was only polite to let the people trying to help me know the outcome.
Yourself and other superusers, mark39 and caesarome and all the other superusers and posting helpers, spend time trying to help people. The more people let you know what worked the more you will be able to help peope in the future, and the like button doesn't take too much time out of anyones day.
