You need to call sky and speak  to  them  about  this  issue, we are  all  fellow  customers  on  here like yourself we are not sky

Sky router like most ISP basic router would not cover all rooms upstairs specially if the router is down stairs on the opposite wall.

You have option to upgrade to Wi-Fi max at cost of £4 per month and they send some cool boosters or you can purchase your own Wi-Fi mesh.

I opted to use my own mesh and it covers the 3 bedroom 1900 property with mostly solid brick walls. But before that I had same issues with upstairs rear bedroom.
