i was promised that i would be getting a network speed of 470mbps minimum with my package. i have been doing multiple internet connection test today and none have been over 337mbps??

@aaron64 The speed promised/guaranteed is from the exchange or cabinet to the router only, its not to your device as there are far to many variables to make that possible.
