wifi won’t work

since around 7-8 pm on the 17th of january my wifi has been acting up, i have been unable to do stuff on my phone for school which i need doing. whoever has the same issue do we know what it is? my sky should be at 310MBPS but instead it's a 62 which is ridiculous 

sort your wifi out sky, first issue within 3-4 years of having it

Sorry @murdoxy but is just us fellow customers on here.

 

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them so they can look into this for you.
