wifi speed
I'm getting fed up with the wifi performance that you are offering. I pay for 70gbps, today for the past 2 hours I have less than 0.2mbps, and after re-booting the hub it is now at around 7-8mbps, This is appalling.
Your service checker on the website says it isn't operational and on the app it says everything is hunky-dory. On a day that you announce you are increasing my contract by 10% I am seriously considering my options. I'm not sure what the point of me recently taking out wi-fi boost, as it's made absolutely no difference to performance.

Broadband Boost makes no difference to wireless coverage until booster hardware is claimed.
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

Re: wifi speed
Thanks for the response, so it's a bit like selling me a gallon of premium diesel when I don't actually have a car. WiFi still running at less than 1 mgps and Skys wifi daily monitoring saying that I'm getting 70mgps. Contract up next month, it's an easy decision..
