wifi slow and disconnecting

Last week or 2 Wifi has been slow, disconnecting; performance on mobile devices in particular very poor and often needing to disconnect and use 5G instead. Sky performance test usually says all fine but have run a speed checker which has said router performance is slow. Sky Max Hub with Ultra Fast 300.
