wifi problem

hello i have paid for 500mb speed and upgraded to wifi max but in one of my rooms i can only achieve between 2mb and 7mb speed.looks like i need a wifi booster or extender ,can you help please

@daw75 As long as you have the additional wi-fi max subscription and do indeed pay the extra £10 per month then call them, details all about the max below!
