wifi not working

hello, my wifi is not working properly. On certain apps nothing will load. I have to come on/off wifi to receive messages on whatsapp. I have used nearly all my phone data as the wifi is just not working properly. I have made sure my phone and ipad are fully up to date with updates but it still isn't working properly

@andy1115 If its just whatsapp and social media apps that ars not loading hou may need to change your Sky shield settings.
