wifi down

My wifi connection keeps coming on and off. The 2nd and 4th light keep going orange and disconnecting me from everything. I have tried resetting this but it's reoccurring problem.

@DavesSkyisBad you have a line issue as the lights indicate your hub has lost connection.

As a first step connect to the My Sky app over a mobile connection and run the full connection test dont rely on the intial result click to run the brosdband test as that can tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky to report the fault so they  can get it checked out.

The recent bad weather has caused loads of line issues so it could be a few days before Openreach can check your's.

Re: wifi down

Whenever someone comes round and has a look, they say it's fine. It's boring hearing the same stuff all the time. I'm paying for a service and not receiveing it.
