Ive tried using the service checker ,resetting my unit and everything i can think of , yet cant get hold of a single person to try and resolve my issue , absolute joke .,

@joecalabro  When you run the service checker that has the little house in the background that is showing historical data and you need to click on the broadband button to do an updated broadband test to see if finds the external fault on your broadband.
