Wifi down since early morning at 10B camden rd,tunbridge wells,tried rebooting and check connectors all is fine.pls advise

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
Can you click on broadband when the service checker does complete the check on the property of all your services to get an up to date check of what is happening with your broadband.
