@ralphberg Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
Can you click on broadband when the service checker does complete the check on the property of all your services to get an up to date check of what is happening with your broadband.
