wifi connection

my wifi isn't working there is two green lights and two orange lights but says when i test my connection and wifi on the app and it says it's good but there isn't y no connection or wifi on at the moment

Mines exactly the same. Restarted reset etc and still nothing

Me too - exactly the same. Rebooting has not change the solid green light for internet. MySky says there's an issue, but when it checks broadband & WiFi, it says everything is working correctly.

so we anit the only ones the whole of uk that had sky am i right is down we tryed everything and notbink at first had 2 green light and 2 orange then went to just 2 green lights

I am having exactly the same problem, two green lights and two orange lights with those being internet and voice solid orange.

i have unplugged the route several times and it's not making a difference.

Ran the test through the sky app and online and it's saying that everything is fine.

Yes it seems everyone who's with sky has no Internet right now

Same here check says it's good but it's not as usual, really need to find a new provider had enough of sky

@molly56 mine is the exact same and again the app is saying my Wi-Fi is up to speed

I'm in Huddersfield (West Yorkshire) and it's been down (WiFi) for about 45 mins - just negotiated another two year contract tract on Friday - #Doh! #Useless

Glad I'm not the only one. Exact same problem here in Glasgow. 2 green lights. No Internet. Tried rebooting, didn't work. Yet the service checker says everything in your area looks fine
