wife puck connection

puck keeps losing internet connection. we reset pucks wifi setting shows excellent wifi next time we switch puck on no internet connection.

i am paying for multi room but not reciving the service i am paying for so concidering leaving sky

@james521 What sky Hub are you using for connecting the pucks wirelessly to, white or black that is sky Max or sky Broadband Hub!
