Where is the internet modem I ordered more than two weeks ago? the engineer is here to install the internet today and i haven't received the modem yet! disappointed

That's about right: there's typically a ten working day lead-time (two calendar weeks) for Openreach availability. The Hub despatch should have been timed for it to arrive a couple of days before the installation/activation date.

until today my internet has not been installed, the sky is being terrible, and I don't even have the internet installed for 1 month and nothing and still has the courage to call me offering tv channels! very unprofessional campaign! either I have internet installed until tomorrow or I want to cancel sky!
