very poor wifi

I have a wifi gurantee with you and have just upgraded our broadband. since then we have experienced significantly more wifi drop outs than before . I have reset the router and the sky q booters but still have issues 

we have before required an engineer visit the property to check the wifi network and i believe this is required again.

 

We also have issues with sky Q boxes losing connectivity - possibly linked to the wifi issues 

can you come back to me asap, we are also a Sky vip customer

@Allyb67 You are not contacting customer service by posting here, the fourm is manned mainly by fellow customers with a few Sky staff who can only assist with certain issues.

If you require an engineer visit then you need to call Sky as no-one here can arrange that.

Wifi is very poor, doesn't work in 2/3 of our house. We had three boosters with our last provider.

Please can you provide boosters?

We have a long house with thick stonewalls  internally, so need boosters please

The sky TV service has been dropping out as well.

Not happy with our switch to sky so far
