upgrade to Hub 4
Hi all,
Not sure if this is the right place or people have asked this before but I have recieved an email today saying
" We want you to have a better streaming experience, so we’d like to upgrade you to a newer hub, on us. You’ve had your current hub for a while, and it’s an older model which no longer receives software and security updates.
With a Hub 4, you could be enjoying a faster, more reliable connection and a smoother streaming experience, plus improved security."
then there is a link to order
The sender is sky @ email.contact. sky
It all looks legit and even is adressed to me, but, I just wanted to be certain.

@V46R Sky are phasing out older hubs like the flat Sky Q hub as they will not meet the new security regs due to come into force in a few months. You can ring Sky yourself if you are not happy with using the link in the email as you cannot guarantee this isnt a scammer copying Sky's email but is probably legit.

That email is from Sky and as the email says you have been sent it because the hub yoiu have will no loonger receive any software updates so the link it should take you to this page for you to order your free replacement:
