upgrade not happened

upgraded fo gigafast the other day order says confirmed but had no changes its also impossible to contact support about this

As you're already a Sky Broadband customer, give Sky a call by dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline when the lines reopen in the morning to seek an update.
