slow broardband

We have had really slow internet for a couple of week even at low as 500kb 

I have used your internet check mutiple times and it come back with saying it is good.

Please can you double check this as this is frustrating as my family are all complaing how "slow" ity is.

Once I do the test the speed does get up to about 26mbps but then will drop again. It is really eratic. Please can you help. Many thanks Duncan Stickley
