sky max issues

so ive had sky max since aug working well until dec when signal kept dropping then on 24th i had to starting to rebot router so called sky then sent out someone on 2nd jan the person who came out wasnt boardband trained but he changed the port on my wall to a new one but still everytime connected a device or put my sky stream on would lose connection . i still had my old router internet works with the old one so called sky back and my sky max has gone off my sky app they also sent out a new sky max hub i had it today and its even worst than before will connect then would go off it does this every 10 seconds sky said everything working but when i check on my sky app it says connection to hub there is a issue and signal is poor also since dec i cant get any connection upstairs in my house . i just dont know whats wrong because im paying extra for sky max and i cant even use it if someone could help or tell me what im doing wrong .
