sky max hub

just recieved my new sky max hub and it wont update on the app . ive tried resetting it holding down button for 30 seconds and also deleted the app and reinstalled it . still saying wi fi is switched off but i have wi fi . the app wont install the hub or coonect to chnage settings . any help please

@Kaleigh2104 you appear to have done everything you can from your end and therefore need Sky's help so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Have you  also  tried  uninstalling the my sky app and  then reinstalling it to see if that is where the problem  is  ?

I had the same issue  when i first  got my sky max hub in January  last year  and  had to uninstall  the my sky app and  then reinstall  it the and it worked after  that
