sky hub max port problem

I have a sky max hub, I want to forward ports but it doesn't work for me through the app because I can't fix it there until I can. It doesn't let me enter 192.168.0.1, how do I get there? Because in the old hub I did everything through 192.168.0.1

Is it possible to access 192.168.0.1 without the sky app?

Thanks, then how to open the port? WIFI opens everything fine, if you want to use the cable then the ports do not open

When i enter 192.168.0.1 into a browser to access my router it seems to flick to https://myrouter.io/

@Abglanz try putting the http:// in front of the number? wont matter much there is not going to be much you can do, as before YOU NEED TO USE THE APP for anything that needs to be changed!

Everything you did with the old hub, then forget that it does not work with the sky Max hub, there is NO web interface as such, security to the device and operation of the device is NOT the same!

Link above explains, and look at the using advanced options for your port forwarding as explained in the help link!
