hi
my sky full fibre was activated on the 5th of july, but i didnt receive my sky hub until 4 days later.
i therefore had no broadband for 4 days and no sky stream!
i fel that i shouldnt be charged for these lost days for both services. aany help would be very appreciated

Compensation etc when its not an openreach issue would be discretionary on skys part
Give them a call on 150 from your sky landline or
Contact sky as below
