my sky internet was due for renewing recently i had super fast 80 my average speed was around 72mb minimum was guaranteed at around 52mb if i remember correctly i renewed the contract for the same package yesterday same price etc it is now showing that there is a fault with my line and now my speeds are 28mb and minimum guaranteed at around 23mb because that's what it's showing them on there end my line can handle now i'm being told when the engineer comes out to fix my line on wednesday there's no guarantee i'll go back to 72mb download speeds anyone else had this type of issue with them
