sky app

i set up sky app only to find out my order was ghost order so had to start process again however my sky app is still set on previous expected and failed order. i cannot track new order

You might have to logout and then setup a new account for the new order depending on how the new order was placed so what it done on a new account if so this is what you will need to do.
