set up new broadband account

Hello, I am trying to switch broadband provider from talktalk to sky. I have tried a few times and before getting to the payment stage the website then says 'we are sorry we are having technical issues'. Sky have contacted my current provider Talktalk and cancelled it but i am not able to set up anyhting with sky?

@roxanne9 where this happens it is because you need to speak to an agent to complete the order duecto a requirement to explain changes and for you to agree to them.
