reporting or contact

connected without internet  i ran all the test on your help pages telling me its all good but im in front of the sky box and i can see the red light  i want to contact a sky representative to report it ... my phone is also down... there was an outage on thursday am was fixed by 4 pm but it broke down again this morning at 3 ish am

@Bilby1988 & @lolochef the service checcker can take an hour to pick up a lost connection once it does it can help,you to book an dngineer faster than calling in.
