I need the openreach main wire outside moved slightly as we have had some windows put in 

just need the wire move around them, was told only a openreach engineer can do this

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

I have moved your post from the Sky+ board as it's not a Sky+ issue.

If your broadband is with Sky you need to contact Sky not Openreach.
