I was meant to have my sky broadband connected yesterday however when the engineer came round we discovered that openreach never came round to install my fiber so he couldnt do it. The engineer reassured me that the issue would be resolved in 24-72 hours however, i havent recieved any email from sky telling me this would be the case and 18 hour later and still no sign of openreach, nor any communication from sky about whats going on. Do i need to contact openreach telling them to come down ASAP.
Im also aware that for this 'surprise visit' i will probably have to be in the house as (according to the sky engineer) my connection to the network is at the back of the house which is only acessible if you come through the house or know which ginnel to go through
