nosy neighbour

My neighbour is using my wifi. How can I disconnect devices that are not in my home?

@KFk  Your neighbour can only access your wifi if:

 

1) You or someone else has given them the password

2) They have obtained ot from your hub if it's on display near a window or if they have been in your property

 

If non of the above have occured it's impossible for them to just connect, however if you are concerned you can simply change the wifi password as explained by @Highlinder  reply.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
