no light on my friends sky Q internet box
my friend has no Internet light on his sky Q box but there is q green light for power and q green light for broadband but nothing for Internet

@Elizabethmiddle tgat indicates a loss of connection to the exchange advise your friend to run tthe connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection ignore the intial result if it says everything is OK and click to run the ceck again. They tgen should be told if Sky are aware of an issue affecting their line or in some caees offer to book an engineer. If however the test does do either they should call Sky to report tge fault.
