no internet

Following  full power cut i have no internet   2 green leds, no internet led, and amber voice led.  ive unplugged router for a minute, rebooted and same result  

 

tests in "my sky" all come back "ok" despite the problem

If the line test you ran hasn't found a fault then you only step would be to call or use social media to contact Sky and report this to them.
