no internet connection

I haven't been able to watch anything for days On my screen says 'No Internet Connection, and I keep losing the connection on my phone saying retry no internet connection, please can someone look into this for me please

@Tabs-  In case you're not aware this is a customer led community where we help other customers, we ca't "look into it" as we have no access to your address or account, we can't know what the issue is as it may be a line fault or simply poor wifi.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
