no engineer has arrived

Scheduled to have a visit on the 3rd to connect, the engineer couldn't hook up our new router as we don't have an existing telephone line in the house (I was never asked if we currently have Sky or another service that uses telephone line.) Had a text message yesterday to confirm a new appointment of today during the AM, and no body has arrived.

@StephenBird96 They may be working external also, so just don't give up yet, if it does get delayed you will get another text later or even in a day or so time!
