my broadband is not working

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:


Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Ive called them up countless times for the past 2 weeks and they still no nearer to fixing the problem. i peersonally think its there end as ive rebooted. and reset over a thousand times now but every time i call no one seems to know what they are doing
