hi, recently had broadband installed but I'm getting no signal at rear of house. Router is around 2 meters from install point at front of house in open, away from any electrics etc, cable won't extend any more. will Sky provide boosters, extender? I'm not on Max plan.
@DaveHey Then NO, but if you call them they can add you to a Max plan if you want to pay for the additional service. Is it the sky Max white hub that you have just now? You can also purchase longer cable to move your sky Hub to a better location to try and get the wireless wi-fi signal were you need it!
