hello so today an engineer came to put in new box it was working for half an hour then the light on the front is now white and wont change when you press the button on the side.. im a bit stuck now i dont know if its a dodgy wifi router they have sent or what to do... also when trying to find the wifi its not coming up on phones or tablets but on the phone to sky they said there is power coming through the wifi because my mini sky q box is working
