I have a subscription for the best possilbe wifi speed. The router is in the living room on the ground floor but in my office of the second floor the connection is really bad.
As I understand, I should be able to receive a booster but do not find how to collect or receive one.
The connection is constantly poor.
Please help

You need to contact Sky for a Q WiFi booster.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
