My broadband/wifiis not working propely since 12/11, I was working from home that day what I coudln't work as I need to restart my broadband and test it many times, after that it starts working again but I have had to restart my broadband moden and test it every morning and eveing when I am back to home from work. However, today as I am working from home, again I can't work as the wifi-fi is dropp all time and again I restart, check and it last than 30 m.
Of course, this issue also is causing disinterrunption on my TV Sky ....as I can watch if I don't have wifi,
I need to sort this issue asap, as it is clean there is an issue since 12/11.

Hi Tim, I need your help, yesterday all day without wifi and today the wifi is not working, and anyone contatc me, please could you advise a channel or phone that I could have a help. I work from home and I need internet, I can keep working like that, today I am in the office, because I lost a day work yestarday.

I had a similar issue around the same time... Please can you describe what modem/router you have? Look at the box, it should have a model number on it, but albeit in small writing.
Can you also indicate what light are lit and whether these are steady, blinking fast or blinking slow?

Great, the problem is back. It should be possible there is a phone number that I can call, when the experts is online,
I am not, I work and I can look at computer all day. It is clean there is a problem with my broadband, it has been almost one month, and every day I work from home,
I can't work properly or I can not work,.
