my Wi-Fi keeps dropping on several devices, how can i fix it

Hi, the Wi-Fi signal at the back of the house is dropping on and off devices. It shows a good connection but drops in and out. 

Have sky full fibre gigafact and no extenders.

Is there anything I can do to fix it. The signal when checked on sky site is showing good.
