i have moved house and my broadband wifi isnt working - how do i change address/ get it working?
i have a open reach master socket in my new house.

Unfortunately broadband doesn't follow an ISP router around the national telecoms network: the circuit is individually configured for each address (even if the previous occupant had the same ISP)
You need to book a Home Move through Sky, but you're now looking at having no service until mid-October.
