moved from bt to sky and broadband and i have no internet

I have moved from BT to Sky and today is my activation day - my broadband doesn't work despite all the online test stating its ok. The router is only green on power and wifi, not on internt. I do not have a phone.. The cables are all correct, yet I have no internet. I have taken out all cables and completed a reset - nothing.  Why is it! I am desperate!

Activation can happen at any time up till midnight and…

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. You need to plug a phone into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket.
