logging a support issue

How do I log a support case to get an engineer to investigate intermitency on my broadband?

@Greg61 If the fault is intermittent the you wouls have to call Sky to log it, i don't think the connection test would allow you to book an engineer unless you manage to run the test while the fault is present.
